This very seasonal and foraged salt mix is a true treasure of the Catskills.
Nini’s specialty mix consists of foraged and dried ramps, dried rose petals from her organic flower garden and pink Himalayan salt. Use sparingly on everything you cook or on raw salads.

Excellent with omelettes and potato salads. Delicious with an interesting garlic -like taste like no other.
